We are a fully licensed and insured General Contractors in residential and commercial work with over 21 years experience in ADA compliance (Americans with Disabilities Act) as well as private residential home improvements. We are proud to be recognized as New York’s 1st DuPont Certified TYVEK Weatherization System Installers and the only ones in Suffolk County. We are also Certified TREX Decking installers as well as having been factory trained in the products and installation of Andersen windows. These are just a few of the ways we continue to expand our knowledge of the latest innovations and stay one step ahead of our competition so we can provide our customers with the best there is to offer.
In an effort to provide a comprehensive service & higher quality workmanship, we have structured our operations to run with or without the owner being the key to any project.
By assigning a Project Manager to oversee the project, the PM can work with the office and the Crew Foreman in the field to ensure the efficiency & quality of each job remains the top focus while maintaining project schedules. Project managers are also there to provide what ever assistance is needed to help the homeowners with necessary decisions. The company has many employees who bring an extensive amount of expertise and talent to all of our projects. In a continued effort to maintain that level of talent all employees are reviewed regularly and offered incentives to stride for constant improvement.
