"Like many people today, my husband and I found ourselves in a position where we needed to choose between buying a new home and rebuilding a tiny dilapidated structure. Either way, we needed to accommodate 3 generations of family and extended family members and we weren’t sure how we were going to do it.
Since we couldn’t find an affordable new house that would meet our ever-changing needs, we started obtaining bids and meeting with contractors and builders. Some were downright sleazy and we were becoming frustrated. Then we met Francis and the decision to rebuild was easy.
